Jessica is pleased to offer Payment Plans for original artworks. In different countries this is also referred to as Lay By or Lay Away.

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
Original paintings can be purchased on a 6 month Payment Plan. You pay the purchase price in 6 x equal monthly instalments. The equal monthly instalment EXCLUDES any shipping fee applicable to your purchase. The Shipping Fee is an additional cost you will need to pay. You can pay this at the end of the payment plan period and before the artwork is shipped to you, or you can also pay this off monthly as part of the payment plan. Shipping Fees are listed in the product description.
Payment plans are not available Fine Art Prints, Gift Cards or the Pretty Boys Collection.
How do I make payments?
The monthly instalment will be automatically deducted from your credit card using Stripe, a secure payment gateway. The deduction will occur on the same day each month.
Are there any set up fees or interest charges?
No. Except for the Shipping Fee, there are no additional fees for set up or interest.
When do I receive my artwork?
This is not a buy now, pay later scheme. The artwork is marked as 'sold' but will be retained by Jessica until the total amount including the shipping fee has been paid off.
Can I cancel the payment plan if I change my mind?
I hope that you don't change your mind! But here's what will happen if you do:
Under Australian Consumer Laws you are entitled to a refund of monies paid, LESS a termination/service fee. The amount of the termination/service fee you will incur depends on when you notify me you wish to cancel the payment plan.
if you notify me within 24 hours of your 1st payment, you will receive a refund of monies paid LESS termination/service fee of $15.
if you notify me any other time, you will receive a refund of monies paid LESS a termination/service fee of 10% of the total price of the artwork.
What happens if I miss a payment?
It is your responsibililty to ensure that funds are available on each instalment payment date. Failure to make payments when they are due will be treated as cancellation of the payment plan by you. In these instances, under Australian Consumer Laws you are entitled to a refund of monies already paid, LESS a termination fee of 10% of the total price of the artwork.
